1) City Living Program for Minneapolis and St Paul
Provides a 3% (of the loan amount) grant to assist with down payment,
closing costs or both. Available only in St. Paul and Minneapolis.
Income limits apply. Programs for first time homebuyers and middle
income homebuyers.
2) CASA program with Minnesota Housing
First time homebuyer program which provides no cost loans for downpayment
assistance for targeted populations. Statewide.
3) HAF Assistance through Minnesota
First Time Homebuyer program which provides up to $3000 in closing
costs assistance. Income limits apply
4) Ramsey County FirstHOME Buyer Assistance Program
Provides up to $20,000 in assistance to qualified buyers in suburban
Ramsey County. Income and employment requirements apply.
5) Washington County FirstHOME Assistance Program
Provides up to $10,000 in assistance to eligible buyers in certain
parts of Washington County. Income and eligibility requirements
apply.
6) Plymouth First Time Homebuyer Program
Provides up to $25,000 in assistance to eligible buyers in Plymouth
MN. Income limits apply.
7) Anoka County ACCAP Down Payment Assistance Program
Provides up to $5000 in assistance for buyers in suburban Anoka
County. Income and eligibility requirements apply.
8) Hennepin County American Dream Downpayment Initiative (ADDI)
Provides up to $25,000 in assistance to eligible buyers in suburban
Hennepin County. Income and eligibility limits apply - currently
out of funding
9) Minneapolis
American Dream Downpayment Initiative (MADDI)
Provides up to $10,000 in assistance to eligible buyers in Minneapolis.
